Saffron Almond Cookies
Dear Martha,
Since saffron and almond are two of my favorite ingredients, I came up with this delicious recipe this weekend.

Saffron Almond Cookies
You’ll need
100 g almonds
1 1/2 dl icing sugar
1/2-1 egg white
0,5 g saffron
1. Put the oven on 175° Celsius.
2. Scald the almond and mix in a mixer. Pour the sugar in the mixer, little at a time, and blend. Add the egg white, little at a time (you may not have to use it all), and last the saffron.
3. Model the mixture into small eggs.
4. Bake in oven for about seven to eight minutes.
