Refreshing Rhubarb Lemonade
Dear Martha,
At out Midsummer Night’s picnic, my friend Henrik brought this amazing Rhubarb Lemonade to accompany his potato salad.
Not only was it refreshing, but easy to make to. So I tried it out a couple of days later.
This is how you make it:
You’ll need
1 kg rhubarb
2 liters of water
½-1 dl sugar
Chop the rhubarb into smaller pieces, and put in a pan. Add the water.
Cock for about ten minutes. Add the sugar at the very end.
Strain the lemonade and pour into a bottle.
The rhubarb lemonade will stay fresh for about 2-3 days.
Best served with a couple of ice cubes. Enjoy!
Love, Josefin
