Dear Martha,

At summer time, I like to fill my home with flower arrangement that lasts.  Because of the heat, not all flowers do that.

That’s why carnations are my favorite. They can last up to three weeks. Great – and economical.

There are my two latest, arranged in clothed cans. Very country summer!
