Cherry Cupcakes with White Chocolate
You’ll need
125 g butter of room temperature
1,5 dl sugar
2 eggs
1,25 dl milk
3,5 dl flour
1,5 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla sugar
200 g cherries
50 g white chocolate
Frosting
200 g cream cheese
0,5 dl confectionary’s sugar

1. Preheat the oven to 175°C.
2. Whip butter and sugar hard (you shouldn’t melt the butter). Add an egg at the time, and them the milk. Stir.
3. Blend flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar, and add to the mixture.
4. Chop the cherries and white chocolate and add them too.
5. Fill cupcake tins to two thirds, and bake for about 10 minutes. Let chill.
6. Whip the cream cheese and confectionary’s sugar hard. Spread over each cupcake, and put a fresh cherry on top. Enjoy!
